“Not Alone” is Linkin Park’s contribution to Download to Donate. They were one of the first bands to respond to the Haiti disaster. They founded Music for Relief in 2005; within a week of the earthquake, they were heading up this album. Instant love.
Chester Bennington is totally channeling Bono. But I won’t argue with the indoor sunglasses. You can get away with the eyewear when you prove you care.
There’s something so stunning about even the starkest images of Haiti. I think that something is hope.
